Hi, I'm Alison,

Growing up with a mom as a hairstylist meant my early years were spent in a salon, immersing myself in the world of hair. Choosing a career came naturally, and after graduating from cosmetology school, I gained valuable experience working in a salon for 2 years. Realizing the need to create my ideal salon environment, I co-founded Salon Bella Vi with my mom and sister.

A DECADE LATER, OUR SECOND LOCATION WAS ESTABLISHED.

With over 15 years as a hairstylist, including 9 years as an educator nurturing our teams, I've assumed various roles in the beauty industry, fostering connections with industry leaders. I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with you through Mastermynd Consulting!

From Detroit roots to a Los Angeles setting, I lead Mastermynd Media, a digital agency I founded in 2016. We're dedicated to blending innovative ideas with captivating storytelling, engaging audiences across diverse platforms.

My journey extends into the beauty industry, where I've applied my expertise to revolutionize salon social media strategies. Understanding the salon world's rich visual appeal, I crafted campaigns that highlighted the art and transformation in hair and beauty, going beyond typical beauty posts. This strategy effectively combined creative flair with solid business tactics, boosting digital presence and revenue for these salons.

My strength lies in seamlessly integrating creativity with business acumen.
